The short version
We collect the minimum we need to answer you and to deliver what you bought: your brand name, your email, your product link and your brief. If you buy, Stripe also collects your billing details — we never see your card number.
This website sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. There are no ad pixels, no analytics scripts and no tracking of any kind on this site.
We never sell your personal information. Not to anyone, for any price.

01Who we are
Alisa AI Studio ("we", "us", "our") is a creative studio operating under ELEVATE LOGIC LABS LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
We are the party responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact us at any time about anything in it: alisa.aistudio@gmail.com.
This policy covers our website at alisa-ai-studio.pages.dev and the work we do for clients. It does not cover other websites we link to.
02What we collect
When you send a brief through the form on our website, we collect the information you type into it: your brand name, your email address, your brand or product website, which package you are asking about, and whatever you write in the brief itself. Our form provider also records the time of submission and the IP address the submission came from, as a standard anti-spam measure.
When you buy something, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, card details and the "brand name + website" you enter at checkout. We never receive or store your full card number. What we can see is your name, email, billing country, the last four digits of the card and whether the payment succeeded.
When you email us, we hold that email and anything in it, in our inbox, for as long as it is useful.
When you send us production materials — product photos, logos, brand guidelines, copy — we hold those in order to make the work.
What we do not collect: we run no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting and no behavioural tracking on this website. We do not build profiles of visitors. We do not collect any special categories of sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for any.
03Why we collect it
- To reply to you and to answer your questions.
- To produce, deliver and revise the work you have paid for.
- To take payment, issue receipts and invoices, and handle refunds.
- To keep the business records that tax and accounting rules require us to keep.
- To protect the site and our inbox from spam and abuse.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing email to people who have only sent us a brief. If we ever start a newsletter, it will be something you opt into, with a one-click unsubscribe.
04Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to run the studio, and only with the part of it they need. Each of them has its own privacy policy, linked below.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim — for example, providing a record of your brief and delivery to your card issuer if a payment dispute is raised.
If the business is ever sold or transferred, customer records may transfer with it. If that happens we will say so on this page before it takes effect.
05Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies of its own. It stores nothing in your browser — no cookies, no local storage, no session storage. The light and dark theme switch, for example, holds its state in memory only, which is why it resets when you reload. That is deliberate.
Two third parties can still set cookies in your browser when their content loads on our page: Vimeo, when a portfolio video player loads, and potentially Cloudflare, for security purposes. We do not control those cookies and we do not read them.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them will not stop this website from working, though a blocked Vimeo player may not play.
06Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is still no agreed industry standard for how to respond to it.
Our answer is simple: we do not track visitors across websites or over time under any circumstances, whether or not you send the signal, so there is nothing for us to switch off. We also do not allow any third party to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across other sites through this website.
07How long we keep it
- Enquiries that never became projects: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client project files and briefs: up to 24 months after the last delivery, so we can re-send or reference work if you need it. Deleted sooner on request.
- Payment and invoice records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years. These we cannot delete early, even on request.
- Email: as long as the thread is useful, then deleted.
08Your rights, and how to use them
Wherever you live, you can ask us to do any of the following, and we will do it — no account required, no fee, no hoops:
- See it. Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask us to erase it, except records we are legally required to keep.
- Take it. Ask for a copy in a portable format.
- Object. Tell us to stop a particular use.
How: email alisa.aistudio@gmail.com with what you want. We will confirm within 7 days and complete it within 30 days. We may need to check you are who you say you are before we hand anything over — usually by replying from the email address we hold.
California residents. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is no opt-out to make. Under California's "Shine the Light" law you may also request details of information shared with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes — we share none.
UK and EU residents. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and preventing abuse, and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Note that our providers are largely US-based, so information is processed in the United States.
09Security
Payments never touch our systems — Stripe handles them end to end, on PCI-compliant infrastructure. Our website is served over HTTPS. Our accounts use strong, unique passwords and two-factor authentication where available. Access is limited to one person: the studio owner.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as quickly as the law requires and as plainly as we can.
10Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we update the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and we post the new version here. For anything material — a new provider receiving your data, a new purpose — we will say so clearly on this page and, if you are an active client, by email.
The date at the top always tells you which version you are reading.
