The short version
You pay upfront by card. We deliver finished files in the stated window. Every piece includes one round of revisions. You own the finished work outright.
Changed your mind? Email us within 24 hours of paying and, as long as we haven't started production, you get a full refund, no questions asked.
Everything we sell is a monthly plan — video, images and carousels. It renews each month until you cancel. Cancel yourself in one click in your billing portal, or reply "cancel" to any email from us. No call, no form, no retention script, and you are never charged again.
This box is a plain-English summary. The sections below are the actual terms.
01Who you are contracting with
Alisa AI Studio ("Alisa AI Studio", "we", "us", "our") is a creative studio operating under ELEVATE LOGIC LABS LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. That registered address is for legal and billing correspondence only; it is not a walk-in office.
All day-to-day contact happens by email at alisa.aistudio@gmail.com. That inbox is the official channel for briefs, questions, refunds, cancellations and complaints.
By buying anything from us, or by sending us a brief, you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to agree to these terms for that company.
02What we sell
We produce short-form product advertising video, product imagery and animated carousels using AI production tools, art-directed and finished by hand. Exactly what is included in each plan or pack is listed on the pricing section of our website at the time you buy, and that listing forms part of these terms.
In broad terms, every plan gives you a set allowance of finished work each month: a number of video clips, a number of images, or a number of carousels, depending on the plan you choose.
We are a studio of one. We do not run calls, pitches or quote meetings as part of the standard service. Everything runs by email.
03Prices, payment and taxes
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Payment is by card through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
Every plan we sell is a recurring monthly subscription, billed upfront at the start of each monthly period, and it renews automatically on the same date each month, at the same price, until you cancel. This applies equally to video, image and carousel plans.
We do not sell one-off purchases. If you only want a single month of work, buy the plan and cancel it before it renews — that is a perfectly normal way to use us, and we will not make it difficult.
You receive a receipt and an invoice automatically from Stripe. Prices may change at any time for new purchases; a change never affects a plan you are already paying for until your next renewal, and we will email you before any renewal price change takes effect.
Prices exclude any taxes, duties or bank charges your own country may apply. Those are yours to pay.
04What we need from you
To start we need product images (or a link to your product page), your logo, and a sentence or two on what the ad should do. Brand guidelines are welcome but not required.
The clock on delivery starts when we have a usable brief, not when you pay. If we are waiting on assets from you, the delivery window pauses until they arrive.
You confirm that you own, or are licensed to use, everything you send us — product images, logos, brand names, copy, music, and anything else. You are responsible for the legality of the claims you ask us to put on screen. We can refuse to produce a claim we believe is misleading or unlawful.
05Delivery
Our published delivery windows are: 3–5 days for 1080p video and product images, and 5–7 days for 4K video and animated carousels. Growth and Scale plans sit in a priority queue within those windows.
These are working-day targets in good faith, not guarantees. If something is going to be late, we tell you before the deadline rather than after it. If we miss a window badly and you no longer want the work, tell us and we will refund the affected piece.
06Revisions
Every clip, image and carousel includes one round of revisions — notes on pacing, framing, colour, copy, music, and so on. Send your notes in one message rather than in a trickle; that one message is the round.
If a piece needs regenerating from scratch rather than adjusting, that counts as a new piece against your allowance, not a revision. We will always tell you which one we think it is before doing it.
Revision requests should reach us within 14 days of delivery. After that we consider the piece accepted and closed.
07Refunds
The 24-hour window. You can request a full refund of any purchase by emailing alisa.aistudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of the payment, provided we have not yet begun production on your brief. No reason needed and no questions asked. We process it back to your original card within one business day; your bank then takes its own time, usually 5–10 days.
After 24 hours, or once production has started. Because every piece is made to order and to your brief, purchases are non-refundable once we have begun work. If we have started early and you ask within the 24-hour window, we will tell you plainly that production has begun and you may still choose to go ahead or to take the refund — we will not use "we already started" to keep money for work you have not seen.
Renewals. The 24-hour window applies to your first charge on a plan. Later renewal charges are not refundable, because cancelling at any point before a renewal date prevents that charge entirely — see section 8. Your monthly allowance does not roll over into the next month and unused allowance is not refundable.
If we get it wrong. If we deliver something that does not match the brief you approved, and a revision round does not fix it, we refund that piece. This sits alongside, not inside, the 24-hour window.
Chargebacks. If something has gone wrong, email us first. A refund by email takes a day; a chargeback takes months and helps neither of us. We keep records of briefs, deliveries and approvals and will provide them to your card issuer if a dispute is raised.
08Cancelling your plan
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, and it is deliberately easy. There are two ways, and both work:
1. Cancel it yourself, instantly. Open your billing portal, enter the email address you paid with, and click cancel. It takes under a minute, happens immediately, and needs nothing from us.
2. Or just email us. Send one email to alisa.aistudio@gmail.com with the word "cancel", or simply reply "cancel" to any email we have ever sent you. That is the entire process.
You do not need to call anyone, complete a form, give a reason, or sit through an offer. We will not require you to speak to a person to stop paying us, and we do not show retention discounts to people who are trying to leave.
We action every cancellation within one business day and send you a written confirmation. Once cancelled, your card is never charged again.
Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund the month you are currently inside. You keep the full clip allowance for the period you have already paid for, and you can keep briefing it right up to the end of that period. Everything already delivered stays yours.
We may also cancel a plan — for example if a brief is unlawful, abusive, or asks for work we are not willing to make. If we cancel, we refund the unused portion of your current month on a pro-rata basis.
09Who owns the finished work
You do. On delivery, full commercial usage rights in the finished pieces transfer to you — paid ads, organic social, product pages, email, in-store, anywhere you need them, worldwide and with no time limit. Source files are available on request.
You keep everything you sent us. We keep no ownership of your products, logos or brand.
What we retain is our own underlying craft: our processes, prompt systems, templates, presets and internal tooling. Those are not part of what you are buying, and delivery does not transfer them.
If a payment is reversed or charged back, the rights in the affected pieces revert to us until the payment is settled.
10Showing your work in our portfolio
We may show work we have made for you in our portfolio, on social media and in outreach, unless you tell us not to. If you would rather we did not, just say so at any time — before or after delivery — and we will take it down and keep it down. No reason needed.
If your brief is confidential or under embargo, tell us when you send it and we will treat it that way by default.
11AI-generated work
We say this plainly because it matters: our work is produced using AI production tools, then art-directed, colour-graded, cut and sound-designed by hand. Scenes, environments, lighting and effects are digitally created. They are not real photography or documentary footage.
Your actual product is rendered to be label-accurate — that part is not left to chance — but everything around it is a constructed image.
You are responsible for disclosing AI-generated content where the platform or the law in your market requires it. Advertising rules differ by country and by platform, and they change; we cannot advise you on them.
AI tools can produce visually similar outputs for different customers. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, and we cannot guarantee it is free of resemblance to other material.
12What we will not make
We will decline briefs involving: sexual content, hate or harassment, weapons, illegal products or services, misleading health, financial or income claims, impersonation of real people, deepfakes of identifiable individuals without their documented consent, political advertising, or the use of a third party's trademarks, characters or copyrighted material in work we produce for you without your having the rights to use them.
If we decline before starting, you get a full refund regardless of the 24-hour window.
13The portfolio on this website
Everything shown in the portfolio on our website is original concept and spec work, self-initiated to demonstrate capability. None of it was commissioned, paid for, reviewed or approved by the brands featured, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. All brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners. The full notice sits in the footer of our home page.
14Our liability
We do everything we can to deliver work that performs, but we cannot and do not guarantee results — no promise of views, clicks, conversions, sales, reach or return on ad spend. Performance depends on your product, offer, audience, budget and platform, none of which we control.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to these terms or to work we have delivered is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or the cost of ad spend.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
15Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the moment you buy is the version that applies to that purchase. For customers on an active monthly plan, we email you at least 14 days before a material change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
The effective date at the top of this page always tells you which version you are reading.
17Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before anyone goes anywhere near a court, both of us agree to try to sort it out by email in good faith for at least 30 days.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still stand.
